WHAT WE DO

The PHC Foundation is a full-service agency that offers a complete range of personal care and homemaking services in the privacy of clients’ homes. 

Under RN supervision, Certified Nurse Aides, State-Tested Nurse Aides, personal care assistants, homemakers and companions are available around the clock seven days a week to provide help to those who need assistance with activities of daily life.
