WHO WE HELP

PHC Foundation is designed to help those who are unable to afford the home health care they need.  Our subsidized care is available to those who cannot maintain an independent life without our assistance.  Daily activities: bathing, dressing, running errands, preparing meals and cleaning the house, are all vital to a safe, healthy, independent life.

There are many reasons someone may need additional help at home, and the Foundation helps not only the elderly, but also those recovering from surgery and injuries, those who receive chemotherapy and dialysis and individuals with handicaps

Who knows?  It just may be your neighbor, a friend's grandparent or retired teacher from your high school that desperately needs our help and yours.
